H Luxury Group is seeking an accomplished Lifestyle Manager to join our team of exceptional professionals dedicated to providing seamless, anticipatory service for discerning international clients. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of their lifestyle requirements with discretion and cultural intelligence. Your expertise will ensure that every request is executed flawlessly and with the highest standards of confidentiality.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience serving ultra-high-net-worth clientele in luxury hospitality, private household management or lifestyle coordination
  • Exceptional judgement, discretion and ability to act autonomously on clients’ behalf
  • Deep understanding of international protocols, cultural nuances and service expectations
  • Fluent in English, French and German; additional European languages highly desirable
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and manage complex, multi-faceted requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in luxury service, private household management or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of building trusted client relationships
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality as instinctive rather than procedural
